• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

• Shipping time will differ from order to order as each will take different amounts off time.

• this will be explained and spoken about when we both agree upon the commission.

• Gillswood is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
