Pricing

I like to think my pricing is fair, though I do have to make a profit I refuse to over charge Customers. My prices are infuenced by: - - - Material's - - - - - - Hours spent/Labor - - - - - - Overhead - - - 1.) Material - The type off Wood used/chosen will contribute to the price. 2.) hours/Labor - The hours spent are accumilative, I charge £15 per hour. the expected hours will be discussed in the communication process. 3.) Overhead - this is my calculations for the wear and tear on my equipment.

Build time

My build time will differ for every order. Bigger orders will naturally take longer than smaller orders 90% off the time. The build time will be impacted by many factors, such as: 1.) Wait time for material's 2.) Size of the order 3.) labor

Deposit

This will help you understand how I calculate the amount and why a Deposit is a neccessity. The Deposit is 20% off the agreed up price, for example if the price is £300, the deposit will be £60. The Deposit is what I use to get the ball rolling on your order, it enables me to purchase the materials needed to begin. If an order is cancelled after I have purchased the materials then the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is designed to protect myself from making a substancial financial loss.

Communication

All throughout the process I will keep in contact with you, with regular updates with your order: - - Start date/ expected finish date - - Cost - - Problems/delays It's your order, so your input during the process is crucial.

Material choice

The choice of material is 100% your choice. Other than oak I do not stock wood in my workshop. The Wood species you choose will effect the build process, as I will need to order the chosen materials.
