Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Gillswood. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
However we have a policy that must be abided by.

Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Item Condition: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you got it, and in its original box.

Exclusions: Sale items, digital goods, and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Refunds: Once we get your item, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we will send money back to your original credit card or payment method within 14 days.

Shipping Costs: You will pay for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
